I am Dayana Rivera, also known as Sahiba Kaur. I have taught Kundalini Yoga since 2006 and continue learning from teachers around the world. I have been based in Madrid since 2015, while teaching and practising internationally.

Kundalini Yoga and somatic art therapy with Sahiba Kaur

Mi Yoga Wasi offers online Kundalini Yoga classes, private sessions and somatic art therapy with Dayana Rivera (Sahiba Kaur). Her compassionate approach invites you to move, breathe and reflect at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Practise online or in the Madrid area

Join group classes online or arrange a private session online or in person in Valdemorillo, Madrid. Beginners are welcome, and practices can be adapted to different needs and levels of experience.

Make space for creativity and reflection

Somatic art therapy combines creative activities with body awareness. You do not need art experience to explore drawing, writing and mindful movement. Learn about somatic art therapy.

Explore classes, retreats and events

See yoga classes and upcoming events and retreats, or contact Sahiba to find the right place to start.
